Is Sung Yu a nephew of Ch'u Yuan?

In A. Giles Gems of  Chinese literature, he claims that Sung Yu was the nephew of Ch'u P'ing, and 'like his uncle a statesman and a poet'. I wonder what evidence Giles had to say that? It might be true that Sung Yu was a student of Ch'u P'ing, though still lack of evidence.
